Ok new blog....finally...not like anyone reads or folloes me...lol anyway

I've finally got back into weight training...ive missed it for sometime...^_^... nothing really new to update at this point in time this is just me talking. But i will talk about something important... MOTIVATION

I was in the gym today and saw some females working out with a trainer. I was happy to see them being pushed so hard, its a beautiful thing seeing a woman working to improve herself either physically or mentally. Seeing them workout made me workout even harder. Most guys couldn't keep up with my pace. Which is kinda sad...lol
I guess what I'm trying to say is, let go of your vices, don't get caught up in the same shit as everyone else, don't do the same shit you did last week. If your friends are doing the samething that they were doing 4yrs ago. Its time to get new friends.. stay focused on your goals, it may take a little time but you will get there and the reward will be well worth it.

Make it happen ppl there's no one stopping you but yourself. Say it with me...NO MORE VICES!!!

  2. Vices are the hang ups in our lives that we know we don't need but we want them cause....we don't know why. Hehehe

    One of my vices is, soda. I know i shouldn't have it but i do and once i kick it out of my life i know i will be better off. But for some reason i can't help it. Lol its a vice...booooooooo lol
